Department Mission: To provide a wholesome program of leisure, recreational, tourism and cultural opportunities and facilities to enhance the quality of life for Rock Hill residents and visitors.
RHPRT provides recreational, educational, and leisure activities for Rock Hill citizens. Volunteers are needed to serve as youth sports coaches, environmental educators, climbing wall instructors, Special Olympic coaches, scorekeepers, and for special events such as the Christmas Parade and the Firelight Fright Storytelling Festival.
