Who We Are

York County Free Clinic Mission & Vision York County Free Clinic will serve the health and wellness needs of medically uninsured, low-income residents of York County by means of a non-profit, free medical clinic. It’s our vision that York County citizens can access high-quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay. We are recognized nationally for our free medical clinic's growth and are among the fastest growing free clinics in South Carolina. Since opening our doors, we have served over 1000 patients and are continually accepting new patients. Our Operational Goals at York County Clinic Provide quality, culturally competent healthcare in a manner that maintains the dignity and confidentiality of all we serve. Decrease the risk of health complications secondary to acute and chronic disease by providing free primary care services and medications to those lacking access to affordable care. Collaborate with area specialists and other community agencies to enhance services for comprehensive care. Reduce overall healthcare costs and lessen the burden on the entire community by promoting health education and disease prevention.

What We Do

York County Free Clinic is the only nonprofit 501C(3) free medical clinic in York County, SC, whose mission targets citizens from ages 18–64 who are uninsured and meet all low-income eligibility requirements.
