Who We Are

Civic Engagement provides students with a comprehensive approach to service to the community with experiential learning as a key component.

Whether you are a student, employer, community partner, family member, faculty, staff, or alumni – Civic Engagement can be a resource for you.

What We Do

Volunteering is a great way to get involved on campus and in the community. Civic Engagement offers many opportunities for you to connect to service events that fit your talents, schedules, and desires while meeting our community's needs.

Opportunities include participation in a student-led service organization, S.O.A.R. (Serving Others And Reflecting), the Literacy Intervention Team, Alternative Spring Break, blood drives, one-day service events, and long-term site placements.
