GREENWAY LADIES GUILD MISSION: The Greenway Ladies Guild is an organization of women committed to supporting the Anne Springs Close Greenway through provision of time, talent and treasures, in order to promote the importance of stewardship and protection of this natural preserve.
THE GREEN GALA: The ladies are hosting their 3rd Annual Greenway Gala. This black tie affair will be one night to remember! Last year, 60,000 was raised for the Anne Springs Close Greenway! This year all proceeds go to the Greenway's "Send A Kid to Camp" Scholarship Program. As a volunteer, you will get to experience this "green" carpet event while giving back to the Greenway and having fun! #GreenwayGala
AVAILABLE VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:
DECORATIONS TEAM - From 10:30am-12:30pm, we will be turning the famous Greenway Dairy Barn into a Greenway Gala work of art! We couldn't get all these flowers and centerpieces set up without our wonderful volunteer help -- come join us!

REGISTRATION - Volunteers will welcome and register guests as they arrive down the red carpet!
- 5pm-8:15pm
COAT CHECK - Want to see all the beautiful southern suits and gowns as they arrive? Work in coat check and greet guests with a friendly smile.
- 5:15pm-8:15pm
WINE PULL - Wine pull volunteers will have money aprons and squares to assist in selling wine tickets. The winner wins an exclusive bottle of wine. Ticket sales will be located downstairs.
- 6pm-9pm
SILENT AUCTION RUNNERS - We have quite the assortment of items for this event's silent auction! Volunteers will have in on the excitement as they help run items down from the top level of the Dairy Barn to the eager auction buyers!
- 8pm-11pm
SILENT AUCTION CHECKOUT - Volunteers will pair and checkout silent auction items to the winning guests as they leave for the evening.

ROAMING - Roaming volunteers must be friendly and approachable. Roaming volunteers will assist guests with their mobile bidding or any other general questions they may have.

VIP CHECKOUT ATTENDANT - Say adieu to VIP Gala guests as they leave, hand them a customized gift and check them off your list.

DECOR TAKEDOWN TEAM - Come join us at the Dairy Barn for an hour the day-after to bring all the decor back to the Downtown Fort Mill shop. Free flowers to volunteers who help out on Sunday!!

VOLUNTEER TRAINING - All volunteers must attend a training on the Greenway (Springfield House 2201 Old Nation Road, Fort Mill, SC 29715) on Tuesday, February 28th from 6-7:30pm.
