Agape Hospice is hosting its FIRST sock drive for our patients until December 16, 2018 and we would like your help. Our goal is to raise 500 pair of (fuzzy) socks for all our patients whether they are receiving services in the home or facilities we want them to know that Agape is here and that we care and were showing our appreciation to our patients by "warming hearts one pair at a time".
