Volunteer: Team Advocacy VolunteerWe are seeking volunteers who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, dependability, ability to maintain composure in any situation; and knowledge of methods and techniques used in interviewing individuals. Volunteers accompany P&A’s Team Advocate on unannounced inspections of Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCFs) in South Carolina. During the inspections we monitor for abuse and neglect and make sure that some of our most vulnerable populations are getting the treatment, care, and services that they are legally entitled to receive.
