SOAR has been working with Girls on The Run throughout the semester to prepare for their annual race. Girls on The Run is a North America non-profit program that works to encourage pre-teen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through dynamic interactive lessons and running games, culminating in a celebratory 5K run. Come and join SOAR and volunteer for the Tri County's Piedmont Medical Center Reindeer Romp 2018 5K.
The race will happen on December 1, 2018, and volunteers are asked to arrive at 6:00 am and the race will end at approximately 11:00 am. Volunteers are asked to help with registration, operations, and hospitality.
