This event will be a car seat education course for parents and a bit of trick-or-treating for the kids! We will be having story time, crafts and games while trainers teach parents how to properly install their child’s car seat.
Halloween Spooktacular will be a ball for not only the kids but for all volunteers! We will have snacks and boo-ooos worth of candy!
