Affinity Health Center

The story of Affinity Health Center stretches back to 1994, when the Catawba Care Coalition was formed to serve the HIV+ population of York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties. In 2015, Catawba Care was rebranded as Affinity Health Center, and emerged as a full-service family practice, offering a wide range of affordable, high quality healthcare services.Affinity Health Center serves the healthcare needs of our community by providing access to high-quality, comprehensive care with compassion, dignity and respect. Affinity Health Center’s vision is for a healthy and vibrant community where all people have access to exceptional and comprehensive healthcare.

Affinity Health Center operates with a staff of 89 full-time and 3 part-time employees. Our team of providers includes an Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease Physician, 2 Family Practice Physicians, a Nurse Practitioner, a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, 3 Physician Assistants, a Dentist and a Mental Health Clinician.  We also have clinical support staff, case managers and community health educators to provide comprehensive health services for you and your family. Affinity Health Center is a United Way funded agency.
