Who We Are

The International Center of York County (ICYC), South Carolina, is a program of outreach and advocacy to international members of the York County community. The ICYC offers a range of support services to equip people from abroad to function effectively in our community.

  • The ICYC works to educate and empower our international population through a variety of programs including advocacy, referral services, and community teamwork.
  • The ICYC serves and helps immigrants in the York County community who are experiencing difficulties resulting from cultural or language barriers including lack of access to services, not understanding cultural differences and safety issues.
  • The ICYC works to remove barriers that prevent immigrants from exercising their rights, achieving personal independence and participating fully in the life of the community.

What We Do

The International Center of York County offers several different services that aid and help immigrants and the international community.  Services are supported and provided by volunteers who supplement staff efforts.
