Who We Are
Young Adult Works is funded through the Department of Labor - WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act). We are a partner of SC Works and many other partner agencies through the Catawba region.
What We Do
Assist out of school Youth (young adults) ages 17-24 with their career development and employment/education needs. We assist with assessment, job readiness training, partner referrals, employment, and/or training. We offer supportive services such as childcare, transportation, legal aid assistance (expungement), driver training, incentives, and work experience opportunities.
