Coach and encourage students in grades 3-8 to train for the upcoming Cross-Country meets in October and November. This position works closely with the site coordinator at the schools. 3 hour per week commitment.
Duties/ Responsibilities

Supervising and conducting Cross-Country practices and competitions safely.

Teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, cooperation, dedication, commitment, and the other character messages from our program.

Conditioning athletes appropriately for Cross-Country competition.

Monitoring athletes attendance and personal conduct.

Responding to player injuries with approved first aid equipment.

Role modeling appropriate behavior.
