The Children's Attention Home would like to invite you to join our team of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver a wonderful experience for our guests at our Annual Benefit Luncheon on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Heart of the Home is our opportunity to invite the community in to learn more about who we are, what we do, and why we need support. As a part of this event, guests are encouraged to invest in the future of the Home with a financial gift. This is our largest fundraising effort of the year and our goal this year is to raise $180,000 to secure bright future's for the children in our care.
We need the help of our dedicated volunteers to make it a huge success and we are counting on YOU.
EVENT DETAILS: Heart of the Home will be hosted at McBryde Hall on the campus of Winthrop University, located at 695 Scholars Walk, Rock Hill, SC 29733 on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.
ATTIRE: This is a business casual event and our volunteers are asked to wear black bottoms and tops, or a black dress. Parking Volunteers are asked to wear Khakis and a red shirt. Name tags will be provided for ALL volunteers
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
- Event Set Up (8am-11am)
- Food Service (9:30am-1:30pm)
- Parking Attendants (10:30am-12:30pm)
- Greeter/Floater (11am-1:00pm)
- Breakdown Team (1pm-2:30pm)
