Please join the office of Career and Civic Engagement for the House of Cards: An Interactive Discussion on Homelessness. Volunteers for the event will have an opportunity to connect with Rock Hill community partners that will provide a snapshot of homelessness in the local area. Following the discussion, students will then sleep in cardboard houses on the Campus Green overnight. A brief activity/discussion will take place the following morning.
March 6th: 7:00pm-8:00pm (Owens GO2)-Rock Hill community partners discussion on homelessness.
March 6th-7th: 9:00pm-8:00am (Campus Green)-Students will decorate cardboard houses and sleep outside.
*Followed by short activity/discussion the morning of the 7th.*
The Campus Green must be evacuated by 8:00am, March 7th. Facilities will be in Crawford Building.
